The Arcprospect International Foundation seeks to foster the development of a spiritual and cultural ecosystem and to cultivate an influential artistic environment through international cultural collaborations. Our goal is to assist creators and artists in their cultural and artistic projects and help them to make their work visible and recognizable. The Foundation’s activities include promoting major cultural events, as well as organizing thematical art competitions, exhibitions, and art programs. By contributing to the development and flourishing of traditional culture and the arts in the cities with which we partner, the Foundation advocates for integrating art into new urban architectural projects.
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE FOR ART & CULTURE
The Foundation is a dynamic, cultural platform for forums and art exhibitions. It cultivates an interdisciplinary dialog between the arts. With its locations in USA, Japan, Vietnam and Belarus with international appeal and significance. It sees itself as a meeting place and a venue for dialogue.
In 2026 foundation spearheads an initiative across Asia aimed at fostering cultural and artistic connections and facilitating meaningful dialogue and thoughtful collaboration. By leveraging an extensive network, we facilitate interaction among members of the creative community—artists, writers, and bloggers—as well as foundations, educational institutions, galleries, and museums.
It breaks down all political, social and religious barriers and communicates art through diverse approaches. It has an inclusive policy towards its members & visitors, enabling them to participate and experience art in an active manner.

The Foundation seeks to imbue twenty-first-century artistic creation with renewed spiritual meaning, affirming art’s profound potential in contrast to the ugliness, absurdity, and meaninglessness so often presented as art today.
The Foundation seeks to nurture and shape the cultural ecosystem of the future by fostering a vibrant artistic community rooted in collaboration and exchange among artists and cultural figures. It supports those who strive, through art and culture, to reveal spiritual values that offer profound meaning and safeguard the human creative spirit against absurdity and degradation.
Through our thematic art competitions we identify and select the most valuable works of art and promote those artists who are raising the bar for aspirations and achievements in the visual arts.

Our History
The ARCPROSPECT International Foundation was established by artist and architect Paul N. Poloz for the display and preservation of what he considers to be representative selections of his life’s work and the artwork of his friends.
The foundation was established in 2009 at the initiative of his friends and representatives of the conservative intelligentsia who were deeply concerned about the spiritual state and future of contemporary culture and art.
Over its first decade, the Arcprospect International Foundation emerged quietly. There were no offices or paid directors or staff, and no designated programs. Grants followed the founder’s interests, and Poloz slowly added to the foundation’s assets with additional stock from his architectural company. From 2018 to 2026, the foundation’s grants were generally quite small and fell into three categories: 55 percent supported cultural projects related to the establishment of new cultural environment, 15 percent supported Indigenous artists, and 30 percent supported East Asian traditional art and culture.
Since 2016, Foundation participated in the invention and establishment of large and small national and international projects in art exhibitions and in collections of artist’s artwork.
WHAT WE DO
- Our scope of activity is the creation of a special cultural environment that is important and necessary for a specific community, city or town. This environment includes museums, cultural centers, sacred places of worship, art schools, parks, and sculptural landscapes. Our scope of work includes the following processes: idea, concept development, architectural design, assisting in construction process, landscape and spatial planning in rural areas and cities.
- The Foundation is collaborating with individuals, or community of people who have a special visionary experience, talents and intelligence to actively connect the wisdom of the past with the demands of modern life.
- Our activities initiate a new dialogue regarding complex challenges in the world of art and culture. Foundation is organizing cultural forums and art exhibitions with people who are consistent with the mission and programs of our foundation.
- And finally, the Foundation is aiming to establish and build the private Museum of art.
